Collateral Design
Following on from the recent success of the Bennison Mackinnon brand refresh Lemonade were commissioned to roll-out the new brand across multiple touch-points. Once we had established some comprehensive brand guidelines we set out to design everything from marketing collateral, press advertising templates, outdoor advertising templates, building signage and property boards through to stationery, stickers and keyrings.
A professional and modern suite of communications material was required to support the new brand image. It was important that key messages were communicated clearly and effectively and a great emphasis was placed on the functionality of these items.
The end result is a strong, consistent and cohesive suite of communications material working together to uphold Bennison Mackinnon's brand values and new positioning in a highly competitive real estate market.
