Bialik College
Website

Bialik College is a leading private Jewish school that grew from the humble beginnings as a Sunday School and Kindergarten in 1942 into the modern, vibrant and successful school educating some 1,050 students each year from Kindergarten to Year 12.
Lemonade enjoyed working closely with Bialik to develop an online strategy and design a new website for the school to communicate its professionalism, values and culture. Showcasing the fun, dynamic and student focused nature of the school were of high priority.
A series of playful photos are featured on the home page and are randomly displayed throughout the site, showing the depth of learning in a fun and interactive environment.
A purpose built photo gallery system was created to allow Bialik to easily load in mini-albums of the school, students and events. Additionally a growing library of student work is showcased from visual art through to writing, music and multimedia.
Up to date, accurate and comprehensive was a key requirement. This requirement is effectively delivered utilising a custom build of the Lemonade Content Management System. Bialik has been busy adding an astounding amount of content. Every time we go back to the site to see how the site is progressing something has been added!
Since launching the site the well received interface design has been washed over the schools Intranet. A highly flexible online payment system will soon provide the ability for parents to make secure payments to the school for anything from fees through to tickets to the school play.
Managing the needs of all stakeholders from the IT department through to the school council was always a high priority. A priority that was successfully met, via a carefully constructed process that was tuned to the needs of the school and its audience.
