Lemonade has worked closely with Rogerseller across brand, print and digital for over 8 years.
Established in 1895, Rogerseller is the destination for unique, design-inspired bathrooms and kitchens. A core range of exclusively imported brands, combine with locally-designed and manufactured products, to deliver on Rogerseller’s promise of uncompromised style and quality.
From the initial launch in 2004 (which won MADC and WebAwards), to the eCommerce website launched in October 2012, the common theme has always been to deliver a site that emphatically delivers on the Rogerseller brand attributes of creativity, style and quality that is supported by excellence in customer service.
To effectively cater for Rogerseller’s customers, we wanted to make the most out of the knowledge within Rogerseller in a hands-on workshop. Through bringing together a diverse group of perspectives, we were able to garner a clear view of the core wants and needs that must be met to ensure success.
With a clear path ahead, we worked through the challenge of designing the content and interactions that would live up to the scrutiny of the discerning Rogerseller customer.
Tight branding and visual design is coupled with best practice in online retail. Highlights include rich product content across 600+ products including CAD files, photos, installation instructions and brochures. Supported by a suite of functionality that allows users to quickly match products according to their needs and share single or multiple selections with partners, builders or architects are key to delivering a seamless user experience and ultimately conversions.
The result is a highly customised Magento website that caters for Rogerseller’s unique set of requirements, while leveraging the power and scalability of the world-class eCommerce platform.
